SUISIN INOX Western kitchen knife

Features
A rust-resistant commercial western knife made of 8A steel
This series is made with 0.10%-0.25% molybdenum, which gives the blade moderate flexibility and makes it resistant to chipping. This also results in easier sharpening.
Most western knives are sharpened automatically by machine, but for SUISIN western knives, we perform the final edge adjustment in-house to check the edge and the condition of the blade.
In addition, we polish the wooden handle (plywood handle) and the core during shipping to eliminate the unevenness that occurs due to climate change, so that it is easy on the hands.
The base is welded to prevent dust from accumulating in the gap between the main body and the handle.
It is extremely easy to sharpen, reducing the time required for sharpening, and is an affordable knife with all the basic functions for commercial use.
It has gained support from a wide range of people, from regular users of top chefs around the world to beginners.
