How to use your wrist when sharpening

I’ve noticed that a lot of people tend to lock their wrists while sharpening knives. I get it—keeping the angle steady is important. But… I think using your wrist more freely can actually make it easier to sharpen the curved tip of the blade. Just a thought! This probably sounds more like a personal note I’d share on X (formerly Twitter), haha.
