Pay for work

Today marks the end of my personal work year! With the global spread of Japanese knives, we’ve faced an imbalance between demand and supply throughout the year. There were signs that production couldn’t keep up beforehand, but it’s become a clear reality now.

I worry about how long this situation will continue. Because of this, it’s been a year filled with a lot of pressure and challenges in various aspects.

Looking forward to next year, I hope to find some breathing room to focus on blog updates and reworking the website. I am deeply grateful for all your support throughout this year.

Here’s to a successful 2016 ahead for SUISIN and “Hibishugyo”! Our regular business will resume on January 6th, 2016.
