Surrender yourself to the flow of sharpening

“The sharpening and repair requests for knives have started piling up! Each knife I receive carries the owner’s sentimental attachment, something you won’t find in a brand new blade.”

I wonder why it’s sharpened in this way? Perhaps, is this the only way to sharpen it? It’s interesting to diagnose knife sharpening while thinking about these things (laughs). I’ll make corrections within the range I can handle and aim to create a structure that’s easy to sharpen for the owner after they receive it. However, I also think about not dramatically changing the feel of use by sharpening it extensively. Actually, I’d like to directly see where the owner uses it (＾＾).
