The 300mm Yanagiba INOX Honyaki knife has returned after maintenance.

The well-worn knife with the black ebony handle in the photo is the one that has returned from maintenance, while the knife with the Itii handle is a brand new one. When I checked the records, it turns out that it was shipped on May 19th, 1998, which is quite a long time ago. It’s amazing to see how well it has been used and how it has become a part of your hand and body. It’s been highly valued as a tool for preparation work. I’m delighted to see it being cherished and used with care. I’ll give it a little bit of sharpening and send it back to you tomorrow. Thank you for your continued support!
